Trust~~Truth!! The Foundation Of A Good Relationship!!

Truth and Trust each have many different meanings. Maybe that is why people are endlessly searching for them. The meanings that follow are ones that pertain to my search.

Trust -- having fidelity to an original or to a standard or ideal,, constancy or sincerity in action or character

Truth -- reliance on another person or entity,, reliance on the integrity, strength, ability, surety

If two words could marry TRUTH and TRUST would make the perfect couple. When these two words are brought to bare on any relationship, whether it's social or commercial, they will produce fruit that will live on forever.

We all know this to be true. It is common sense. So how come people have been searching for them throughout the ages? Seems mysterious does it not?

So what is TRUST really? Trust is both and emotional and logical act. Emotionally, it is where you expose your vulnerabilities to people, but believing they will not take advantage of your openness.

So what is TRUTH! Now this is complicated because one person's truth may not be true for another. One may trust another person but still have truths that are miles apart. The truths I am speaking of here are ones of IDEALS. Not the truths that pass between two trusting individuals in the form of words of love and respect.

NOW THAT IS CONFUSING!!

In any human relationship between trusting individuals, the truth to ones ideals even if different than those of the other trusting partner, are not or should not be a stumbling block to a successful partnership. But a lack of truthfulness in everyday humdrum life activities are sometimes insurmountable.

A Catholic marries a Jew, an atheist marries a Bible Belt Baptist, an Irish girl marries an Italian boy, a white person marries a black person, a 7 foot tall basketball player marries a 5 foot tall candy maker and as in Second Life a Human Avatar marries a Wolf. All these partnerships can work out easily. Even though the obvious truths about life's ideals may well be miles apart. As long as truth and trust always rule everyday lives.

Truth and Trust must be melded together tightly. Nothing can separate them. If this holds true than no matter what Truth your Ideals hold for you; these partnerships will thrive.

IF NOT~~

You get my point here I think!!

Love ya,
Night
